However WorldCom lacked effective leaders and a management team to back its steady growth. One of WorldComs needs was an active management team to help take on a clear vision of the companies goals, motivate the organization to decent these goals, monitor results, and resolve the problems that the company was facing with its rapid growth. If WorldCom real and implemented a effective management and leadership learning program it is possible that it could have lead them to more positively charged success and less likely hood of record severance failure.
