The Pursuit of Happiness is based on a true story ab pop a man named Christopher Gardner who overcomes much adversity to achieve his dreams and success. This movie shows a man engage the American dream in 1980s San Francisco. To reach his dreams, Chris had to go through many hard times, scarcely this did not stop him from becoming successful and living life confidently. Chris spent only of his familys m aney on unnecessary medical equipment with the liveliness to sell it to doctors who dont need the product. As he tries to sell these, his wife leaves him because he has no steady reference of income. Gardner also loses his house, bank account, and credit cards and is forced to live on the streets with his son.
Chris finds his dream task as a stockbroker, but to have the opportunity of getting it he would have to go through a payless six-month period of a stressful, grueling internship. This finally meant having no income for a half a year with out even knowing if he will get the job or not while raising a smaller boy with no steady home.
