Week 1&2 Reflection Mgt 311

Week One
During the first week of our studies, the squad members knowledgeable fivefold facets of organizational communication. The team learned different theories concerning personalities and employee interactions. The equity scheme is an important factor to determine the reaction of individuals for different situations such as pay, promotions, and tenure. The team members learned that individuals nestle job requirements in different manners; this may hint the reason why an individuals personality perchance mismatched with his or her current position.
Week Two
The team members learned most communication during week twos readings. We learned that communication is one of the most important factors at bottom the workplace. Communication has four factors, control, motivation, emotional expression, and information.
