These elements  distributively hold a key to the door of justice, and include the  miserable  dallys, lawyers, and juries.   from each one has very important functions in the  iniquitous court system.  Without one of these elements the criminal justice system would not  decease as it should.    Criminal courts function as the authority that protects  well-behaved liberties and civil rights of individuals.
